Lighting Design

Whether you have existing decorations that you would like to animate or you're starting with a clean slate, we will create a professional design including electrical requirements, control hardware requirements, connectivity, and channel and lighting layout. Additionally, lighting styles, decorations, and layout recommendations will be made. Detailed drawings will be created for your commercial environment to allow ease of planning, understanding, and explanation. Projects can be designed for any application.   

Consulting

Whether the project is big or small, we can suggest ideas and solutions to fit your budget and expectations. Our emphasis is on commercial projects because most residential projects may be economically unfeasible.

If you're unsure of what decorations and equipment to purchase and from who, not to worry! We'll guide you through all the intricate details including suggested vendors, equipment, connectivity, configuration, and implementation.

Animation / Sequencing

It takes creativity to electronically sequence (animate) lights to music or special effects. Some may even call it "an art". We feel that at Vivid Illuminations, LLC we have a flair for creating magical light displays. Using state of the art sequencing software and accompanying hardware from Light-O-Rama, a myriad of lighting effects are possible. Various styles and types of lighting and special effects can be sequenced including DMX devices. DMX devices include but are not limited to moving yokes, fog/snow/bubble machines, washes, and high-powered strobes. The combination of music, animated lights, decorations and DMX devices are sure to provide an attraction that entertains and inspires people of all ages!

Implementation

So, you're located on the other side of the world and wonder how we can design a lighting show for you? Not a problem. If you would like to save on costs, we can do most of the configuration, testing, and software installation remotely. Most of the physical work can then easily be accomplished with your Engineering and/or Maintenance team while we assist by phone and computer.  Arrangements can be made for Vivid Illuminations, LLC to assist in the implementation in person if you prefer.

During implementation and testing, lighting and special effects fine tuning is key to a quality attraction. Customer feedback is essential and minor modifications can be made on-the-fly and tested to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

An attraction implementation schedule will be created so the project is on track to be operating on the desired "go-live" date. Additionally, a show schedule can be set-up so the entire attraction is run automatically.

Support

Professional, prompt and courteous on-going support is included during the entire length that the light display is running. The attraction should be running at 100% during every scheduled event. However, if for some reason there are problems, be assured that we will resolve them (or contact the vendors to resolve the issues) as quickly as possible.
